👉These are the recommended measurements based on our experience, derived from the knowledge and practice gained in the piercing sales industry, endorsed by our allied piercers, and of course, by you, our customers.
👉Remember that each anatomy is different, and at times, you may have specific measurements depending on your piercing. However, this guide applies accurately to the vast majority of our users.
👉Please note that this guide was designed for piercings performed using a NEEDLE, which is the correct and recommended technique by piercing professionals.

Gauge Refers to the thickness of the hole pierced in the body to insert the jewelry. The most commonly used piercing gauge is 16G (1.2 millimeters), which is the one we handle at Helix Body Jewelry for ear piercings.

Length (Applies to Labret and Barbell Straight Jewelry) Indicates the length of the bar from the base, excluding any top parts.

Diameter (Applies to Rings / Clickers) The diameter of a ring refers to the total length of the jewelry, i.e., the distance from one end of the ring to the other end.

NAVEL AND NIPPLE PIERCING
