For reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

Piercing jewelry are personal use products that come into direct contact with the skin and bodily fluids. For this reason, we must guarantee our customers that each piece is completely new and for exclusive use.

By making a purchase in our online store, it is understood that the purchase is final.

Before completing your order, we recommend carefully reviewing the product description, where you will find information about materials, measurements, and fastening system to ensure the jewelry is suitable for the piercing it will be used in.

Helix Body Jewelry is not responsible for allergic reactions or irritations, as each organism may react differently even to hypoallergenic or professional-grade materials.

Warranty

Titanium Jewelry

Jewelry made of implant-grade titanium comes with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, applicable only to failures in the clasp system or jewelry functionality.

Gold Jewelry

Jewelry made of solid gold comes with:

  • 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects, applicable to clasps or fastening systems.
  • Lifetime warranty on the material, meaning solid gold maintains its properties and authenticity over time.

The lifetime warranty applies exclusively to the material (gold).

The warranty does not cover

  • Loss or falling out of natural or synthetic stones.
  • Damage caused by improper use of the fastening system.
  • Bumps, improper handling, or wear due to misuse.
  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties.

Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the shipping company, and logistical processes.

Under normal conditions:

  • United States: approximately 3 to 8 business days.
  • Other countries: delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

All orders include a tracking number, which allows you to check the status of the shipment at all times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary depending on different factors, including:

  • Active promotions in the store

During certain campaigns or promotions, Helix Body Jewelry may offer free shipping or special shipping rates.
